THE BITING DANDELION
Dandelion honey is an "early" honey, because it is harvested and prepared in the first months of spring.
Characterized by a bright yellow color, what most differentiates it from other honeys is its very intense, pungent and persistent aroma. Its flavor is, on the contrary, very sweet and reminiscent of chamomile-based infusions or even herbal candies.
It has diuretic, purifying (especially on the kidneys) and draining properties.
Available in the classic 500gr glass jar.
