Description

THE HONEY OF A THOUSAND FLOWERS

Wildflower honey produced in the Varaita Valley in Piedmont.

The wildflowers have different textures, and remain liquid for longer or crystallize in a short time, due to the more or less marked presence of parts of acacia or chestnut or wood. Wildflower honey is the most authentic and pure expression of the harvest area, capable of restoring its smells, colors and flavors.

The Varaita Valley, in the province of Cuneo (Piedmont) is a piece of Italy very rich in nature, still preserved as it was billions of years ago, with exuberant fauna and flora, a beautiful place among sources of pure water, trees and vegetation centenary.

The pollens of different plant species make the wildflower honey a real concentrate of nutrients and it is very rich in properties; it is an important energy food, promotes bone development and also appears to be able to improve cognitive functions.

Available in the classic 500gr glass jar.
