Envied, copied, tasted and appreciated all over the world, we offer it here in its most classic recipe with PDO basil, Italian pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, our extra virgin olive oil "Cultivar Taggiasca" and very little salt.
Simple and tasty, it owes its bright green color solely to the freshness of the basil used at the time of processing. Without the use of any artificial dyes, as per the tradition of Costa dei Campi. It is pasteurized at no more than 70 degrees to keep its properties and flavor intact.
Available in the classic 180gr jar in the garlic-free version: for those who just can't stand it or for those who want something more digestible
Saying to use pesto on pasta is a totally useless tip! But the use of Ligurian pesto is not limited to this. Try adding a spoonful to mashed potatoes, or try marinating second courses (especially those baked in foil!). Try it in soups, add it to mayonnaise and to vegetarian lasagna ... or put a few tablespoons on pizza too! Do you want a quick and tasty appetizer? Empty a dozen cherry tomatoes and fill them with a teaspoon of pesto ... a guaranteed success!
Without preservatives or added dyes. After opening, fill with olive oil and refrigerate.
