Our Taggiasca olives in brine (i.e. in a solution of water and salt used since ancient times to preserve many foods) take 8/9 months to mature. A long but completely natural process, devoid of any chemical accelerator. Once ripened, the olives in brine lend themselves to different processes. On this occasion we want to present them pitted and in extra virgin olive oil (ours of course!). So, thanks to the correct maturation, they will be "crunchy and strong".
There are very few dishes where this simple ingredient cannot be combined in a special way! Try them plain, just drained from the jar, with chilli and a few pieces of sweet red pepper. They go perfectly with pasta and also with salmon!
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources. After opening, keep refrigerated.
Ingredients: Pitted olives 42%, Extra virgin olive oil 58%, Salt.
