Unlike the majority of companies producing olives in brine that use non-natural products to accelerate ripening, our Taggiasca olive in brine takes 8/9 months to mature. We have decided to let nature take its slow course to offer you our fruit in the fullness of its taste and texture.
Use our olives to flavor your fish and meat dishes ... but they are also excellent for a quick snack or an aperitif!
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources. After opening, keep refrigerated.
Ingredients: Taggiasca olives, Water, Salt 10%.
