Incredible scent and aroma!
Exceptional in dishes with mushrooms, it also goes well with fish. With eggs ... well ... if you've never tried eggs with truffles, you're missing out on a flavor that deserves to be experienced! Raw you can use it on fresh pasta, to enhance the flavors of the other ingredients, but also on risotto, tagliatelle with sausage ... and what about spaghetti with cherry tomatoes, anchovies and truffle oil? Also excellent on fresh cheeses, such as buffalo mozzarella.
