This compote is typical of the Anglo-Saxon tradition, but has been revisited with the intense flavor of our Mediterranean organic bitter oranges. What's more, it's also good for you: bitter orange has excellent digestive properties.

Our Tips
Excellent on bread "as it is" for a strong flavor, but it is perfect with chocolate-based desserts, biscuits and pies. If you want to use it on savory dishes, we advise you to combine it with soft and fresh cheeses (ricotta and mascarpone in the first place).
The Label
Store in a fresh and dry spot far from light and heat sources. Once opened store in the fridge at 0-4 degrees.
Ingredients: Bitter orange juice and pulp with peel from the "Costa dei Campi" farm 80%, Sugar, Pectin.
